Shipping policy

Shipping:

We provide standard shipping service (5–7 business days).

Free shipping is available on all orders worldwide.

Products will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Returns: Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your request is approved, we will process your refund and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds often require some processing time before they are posted.

If you have completed all of the steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us: currently not available.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a valuable item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a return or exchange is requested even though the item itself has no defect and there was no shipping damage, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
